23. Brown Barn

'Brown Barn'

Wow - over two weeks since I painted -- that's too long! 

Feels great to have a brush in my hand again.

This barn is near my sister's house in Mill A, Washington.

My kind husband turned the car around so I could capture this shot - the evening sun was making some crazy awesome shadows. 

I might do another version of this one - man, I love those shadows.

Update: After talking to my sister, I learned that this barn belongs to a very dear friend of hers. I like it even more now!
